Introduction

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you", "your", "user") and DOJO LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("Dojo", "we", "us", "our").

This Agreement governs your access and activity on the DOJO platform, including our websites, mobile applications and other services (collectively, the "Platform") and is incorporated as part of the Dojo Terms of Service.

By creating or using your Dojo account, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Dojo.
  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or a legal guardian.
  • You confirm that all the information you share is accurate at the time you provide it.

Accounts & Content

You are responsible for all of your account's activity. Your account is not to be shared, you are responsible for maintaining the safety of your confidential credentials.

Dojo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

Payments & Subscriptions

4.1 Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party provider Stripe. Prices are set by Creators unless otherwise stated.

At the time of purchase, you will receive a permanent Stripe link by email to consult, manage or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4.2 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • Refund modality depends on the payment processor, Stripe.
  • Platform fees and third-party processing fees may be non-refundable.

Marketing Consent & Access to Email Addresses

We may use your contact details to send you information relating to Dojo, including product updates, new features, offers and other marketing communications, where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications or by contacting us at support@dojo.fit. This does not affect our right to send you service-related or administrative communications.

The Creator to which you are subscribed may get access to your email address upon request. Creators are solely responsible for their communications with their users. Dojo will not be held responsible for any dispute that may arise between users.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

All fitness content on Dojo is for educational, informational and entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

  • Participation is at your own risk
  • You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness program
  • Dojo is not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from use of the Platform or content

Dojo or Creators on Dojo do not guarantee any results or fitness success.

Responsibility & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
  • Make medical claims or guaranteed fitness outcomes
  • Harass, abuse, or exploit other users
  • Arrange payments outside Dojo or bypass any Dojo security features or safeguards

Dojo may suspend accounts or delete content that break these rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dojo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Dojo's total liability shall be limited to the greater of (a) £100; or (b) 100% of the total platform fees paid by you to Dojo.fit in the last 4 weeks (28 days) preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Arbitration & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Termination

Dojo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you:

  • Violate this Agreement, the Creator Agreement or platform policies
  • Publish unsafe, unlawful, or infringing content
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
